Digital Clock with timer function OAT and Volts Display.    

 

Unfortunately stop and start variables are not available, so timer can be reset to "00:00:00" or fast forwarded and rewound, but can't be paused as the internal clock is always ticking. All I can do it provide an offset to the increasing "runtime". Saying that the timer works well and I don't miss a start/stop option.

Has two main functions, toggled by pressing the [S1] button.

 

1) Digital Clock:

Shows the current date on 5 different colour backlights.

 

Output time can be one of 4 different combinations:

     1) SIM time - GMT

     2) SIM time - Local

     3) PC time - GMT

     4) PC time - Local

 

2) Digital Timer.

Time can be rewound or fast forwarded in steps of 1 minute or set to "00:00:00", but is always running.

 

There is a green LED on the main display to identify if TIMER or CLOCK is active.

Contains information on your selected time settings and button labels, which change depending if clock or timer is selected.

 

If the blanking plate is used instead of the sidebar, then colour of the plate can now be changed by editing variable [FG_GLOBAL_BLANKING_COLOUR] in SPAD.neXt data monitor.

[S1] Clock & Timer Function:

Press to toggle between the clock and timer function.

 

[S2] Simulator time:

Press to set time to use time from simulator.

 

[S3] PC time:

Press to use time from PC.

 

[S4] GMT:

Press to set time zone to GMT/UTC.

 

[S5] Local time:

Press to set time to local time.

 

[S6] - Clock Mode - Backlight Colour:

When in clock mode press to toggle through the 5 different second hand colours.

     0 = Grey LCD

     1 = Blue

     2 = Orange

     3 = Green

     4 = Plain White

 

[S6] - Timer Mode - Reset timer to "00:00:00":

When in timer mode press to reset the timer to "00:00:00" and starts running from "00:00:00".

 

[L Dial] Menu Value Down/Up + Fast Forward/Rewind timer:

In Mini Menu left dials is used to increase or decrease the function of the selected menu option.

In Timer mode left dial counter clockwise re-winds the timer and clockwise fast forwards the timer.

In Clock mode left dial toggles between OAT and Volts display.

 

[R Dial] Menu Left/Right:

Used to activate the Mini Menu and scroll between the various menu options.

(Activated with [R Dial])

 

Version & Info:

Turn left dial clockwise to turn on and counter clockwise to turn off current version number and other useful links.

 

Side Buttons:

Turn left dial clockwise to turn on and counter clockwise to turn off side buttons.

 

Time Source:

Turn left dial clockwise or counter clockwise to toggle time source between SIM & PC.

 

Time Zone:

Turn left dial clockwise or counter clockwise to toggle time zone between GMT & Local.

 

Clock / Timer:

Turn left dial counter clockwise to select clock mode and clockwise to select timer mode.

 

Backlight:

Turn left dial counter clockwise to step back through backlight colours and clockwise to step forward through backlight colours.

     0 = Grey LCD

     1 = Blue

     2 = Orange

     3 = Green

     4 = Plain White

 

Degrees:

Turn left dial counter clockwise to select OAT shown in Celsius and clockwise to select Fahrenheit.

 

Glass Reflection:

Turn left dial clockwise to turn on and counter clockwise to turn off optional glass reflections. This is a global setting so all gauges that have this function will turn on and off in sync.

 

Background Colour:

Left dial will change colour styles to the following

     0 = Grey

     1 = Black Dial Face

     2 = Darker Gauge & Dial Face

     3 = Black & No Gauge GFX

     4 = Grey - Original Design

     5 = Black Dial Face - Original Design

     6 = Darker Gauge & Dial Face - Original Design

 

Brightness:

Turn left Dial clockwise to increase gauge brightness and counter clockwise to decrease gauge brightness. This will adjust the brightness of all gauges at the same time.

 

     Menu Item Index (0 to 12)

     0 = Menu Closed

     1 = Version & Info

     2 = Side Buttons

     3 = Time Source

     4 = Time Zone

     5 = Clock/Timer

     6 = Cycle Backlight Colours

     7 = Degrees F or C

     8 = Timer Digits HH:SS or MM:SS

     9 = Glass Reflection

   10 = Background Colour

   11 = Brightness Control

   12 = Panel Lights control

 

     If Menu Preview Mode is Active (Off = 0, On = 1)

 

     Default Clock Faces (Face 0 to 6)

     0 = Grey LCD

     1 = Red LED

     2 = Orange Backlight LCD

     3 = Blue Backlight with White LCD

     4 = Green Backlight LCD

     5 = Light Blue Backlight LCD

     6 = White Backlight LCD

 

     Mode Timer HH:MM or MM:SS (HH:MM = 0, MM:SS = 1)

 

     Foreground colour of fonts while power is on (default = "#000000")

 

     Background colour of fonts while power is on (default = "#dee2cd")

 

     Foreground colour of fonts while power is off (default = "#000000")

 

     Background colour of fonts while power is off (default = "#333333")

 

     Mode Timer or Clock (Clock = 0, Timer = 1)

 

     Toggles between Celsius and Fahrenheit (0 - 1)

     0 = Celsius

     1 = Fahrenheit

 

     Stop Watch Paused - Restart Variable (Internal Use Only)

 

     Side Buttons (Off = 0, On = 1)

 

     Manages rotation of Left Dial

 

     Timer Stop Start Status (Running = 0, Paused = 1)

 

     Clock Face (Face 0 to 4)

     0 = Grey LCD

     1 = Blue

     2 = Orange

     3 = Green

     4 = Plain White
