Every aircraft needs a fuel gauge! and this gauges monitors all twelve of the current SIMCONNECT tanks

Fuel quantity is displayed on main gauge as a percentage of the selected tanks. There are 6 pairs of tank selections that can be toggled using the [S6] button.

     1 = Left and Right

     2 = Aux Left and Right

     3 = Tip Left and right

     4 = Center 1 and Center 2

     5 = Center 3 and Selected Quantity

     6 = External 1 and External 2

This shows the fuel flow in pounds per hour. There are three different scales which should cover aircraft fuel flow from Cessna to a 747.

     x1 = Low

   x10 = Medium

 x100 = High

 

Press [S1] to skip through the three available scales.

 

If the blanking plate is used instead of the sidebar, then colour of the plate can now be changed by editing variable [FG_GLOBAL_BLANKING_COLOUR] in SPAD.neXt data monitor.

[S1] Pick Flow Scale:

Pressing [S1] will step through 3 different fuel flow ranges.

     1 = Low

   10 = Medium

 100 = High

 

[S2] Toggle Percent/Gallons:

Pressing [S2] Will toggle Percentage to Gallons (Calculated)

 

[S6] Toggle Tank Displayed:

Pressing [S6] will step through 6 different pairs of fuel tanks and will display fuel % if the aircraft has the selected tanks.

     1 = Left and Right

     2 = Aux Left and Right

     3 = Tip Left and right

     4 = Center 1 and Center 2

     5 = Center 3 and Selected Quantity

     6 = External 1 and External 2

 

[L Dial] Menu value down/up:

When Mini Menu is open use [L Dial] to change the value of the selected menu option.

 

[R Dial] Menu Function Previous/Next:

Used to activate the Mini Menu and scroll between the various menu options.

 

 

Version & Info:

Turn left dial clockwise to turn on and counter clockwise to turn off current version number and other useful links.

 

Side Buttons:

Turn left dial clockwise to turn on and counter clockwise to turn off side buttons.

 

Fuel Flow Scale:

This option allows you to change the scaling of the Pounds Per Hour indicators in the sidebar.

 

Fuel Tank:

This toggles output between the various available fuel tanks.

     0 = Left and Right

     1 = Aux Left and Right

     2 = Tip Left and right

     3 = Center 1 and Center 2

     4 = Center 3 and Selected Quantity

     5 = External 1 and External 2

 

Glass Reflection:

Turn left dial clockwise to turn on and counter clockwise to turn off optional glass reflections. This is a global setting so all gauges that have this function will turn on and off.

 

Background Colour:

Left dial will change colour styles to the following

     0 = Grey

     1 = Black Dial Face

     2 = Darker Gauge & Dial Face

     3 = Black & No Gauge GFX

     4 = Grey - Original Design

     5 = Black Dial Face - Original Design

     6 = Darker Gauge & Dial Face - Original Design

 

Brightness:

Turn left Dial clockwise to increase gauge brightness and counter clockwise to decrease gauge brightness. This will adjust the brightness of all gauges at the same time.

 

 

     Menu Item Index (0 to 8)

     0 = Menu Closed

     1 = Version & Info

     2 = Side Buttons

     3 = Fuel Flow Scale

     4 = Fuel Tank

     5 = Glass Reflection

     6 = Background Colour

     7 = Brightness Control

     8 = Panel Lights Control

 

     If Menu Preview Mode is Active (Off = 0, On = 1)

 

     Instructions Page (Off = 0, On = 1)

     Minimum voltage before gauge electronics turns off (-1 to 150)

     -1 = Disabled

     0 - 150 = Off Voltage Level
