The ILS (Instrument Landing System) gauge is a standard navigational gauge used for Landings, this is the slightly more modern version of the ILS gauge. The two needles show both directional and glide slope corrections required to line up an aircraft correctly for an approach. The ILS gauge is an asset during IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) flight and where visibility is reduced.

 

The CRS dial can be adjusted using the left dial on the gauge.

 

There are heading and distance values shown digitally on the left should you opt not to use the optional side buttons.

 

You can also activate the Autopilot Approach by pressing [S1} and turn on listen to ILS signal by pressing [S6]

If the blanking plate is used instead of the sidebar, then colour of the plate can now be changed by editing variable [FG_GLOBAL_BLANKING_COLOUR] in SPAD.neXt data monitor.
